Chris Potts is the Operating Officer and the person at the helm. Chris has worked in several states, always in the restaurant business, but calls Oklahoma home. You will find him knowledgeable, professional, and hospitable to the core. Chris is the consummate pro who will host guests with impeccable standards.
Tom and Cindy Harsha have partnered with Chris in this new adventure. Both are life-long actors in the food industry and enjoy a reputation of trust and integrity. Tom is a born-and-raised Oklahoman, a veteran, and food broker who loves everything about food and preparing dishes that please the palate. Cindy is the attention-to-detail partner, retired from the daily grind, but committed to a safe-but-not-sterile atmosphere throughout the Collective.

Meridian Market Kitchen & Food Collective centers around a Source Kitchen, Curbside and Delivery Experts, and Retail Take-Out Options. Our restaurant is Meridian Market Kitchen open for Lunch and Dinner. The Collective Wine and Coffee Bar highlights local vineyards and Craft Beers, signature cocktails, and premium coffee drinks. Then finally The Market Retail Café including our own meals for take-out, grab & go snacks, charging stations with seating, local Made-In-Oklahoma products, and the work of local craftsman and artists.
Our Collective is completely unique in the marketplace. We offer the convenience of being a weigh-station going-to or coming-from the airport. The out-of-towner will find MIO treasures or treats, and the frequent traveler may enjoy lunch or dinner or find ease-of-dining options to take back to the hotel.
